"Slim Line" models offer a standing pilot, and you can select kits with a remote that can on/off or on/off/hi/lo flame control.
"Compact" models are available in either standing pilot or spark-to-pilot. Again, remote control kits are an option, as well as flame control!
All models are natural gas and can be switched to LP propane with the appropriate conversion kit.
